The Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike says the state government has kept in touch with the International Criminal Court (ICC) to indict the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 6 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Jamil Sarhem for wrongdoings against humankind.
Governor Wike said this amid a public interview in Port Harcourt on Tuesday amid which he tested the GOC 6 Division to clarify his supposed contribution in the grabbing of constituent materials and kidnapping of INEC staff amid the Presidential and National Assembly decisions on Saturday.
