A Nigerian, recognized as Dibia Obinna has been extradited by Kenyan specialists, after police blamed him for being a drug and human dealer.
His expulsion on Sunday pursued his capture in Nairobi and after inside Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi marked the expelling request.
